(More customer reviews)I've got way too many weird whisks, but this is one I would not want to give up.
It's very useful for pan sauces, but shines when whipping/beating eggs and especially for stirring in narrow spaces (glasses, jars, pitchers, etc).
I prefer to use my "magic spoon" style whisk for salad dressings and other emulsions, but this one is close second.
Calphalon now makes a similar style (saw it at Target) that is noticeable larger. I haven't tried that, but I would prefer the flexibility of the smaller whisk, since I frequently use this for mixing in small containers.
