(More customer reviews)When I first received the product it appeared by looks and touch to be dull BUT I bought it originally to match my kitchen. I was out of clean knives so decided to try and WOW or WOW what an amazing product. On the expensive side yes..............but as long as they continue to cut like they do now........they have become the favorite knives in the house by the entire family. It cuts hard sharp cheddar cheese like butter!!
