(More customer reviews)It cuts well but still requires periodical sharpening. I used it daily for about 2 wks and the knife started to show dullness. After sharpening by myself, it cuts well again. The knife is light but not flimsy as the other reviews stated. It is handy to take to outdoor activities such as picnic or barbarcue for food preparation.
