(More customer reviews)I now own 6 of these little marvels. They are very easy to hold and make fast work of whatever food item you are cutting. I tend to use them for everything, leaving my expensive Henkel's knives in the block. I truly like the fact they have covers, which has saved my fingers numerous times when grabbing them out of the drawer.
