But try to find one at your local stores, forget it, you can't find it anywhere. This is a high quality flexible spatula. Every kitchen needs one. Glad I found it on Amazon. S/H was a little slow, but well worth the wait. Go ahead and treat yourself, your cooking experience will be a delight.
