(More customer reviews)This has been one of the sharpest knives, short of my hunting knife, that I have used. One of the sharpest in my kitchen anyway. Its easy to use and clean, very sharp, and a handy size. It is not, however, totally non-stick. Things like garlic and seeds from various items will still cling to the blade. There is a handy sheath if you want drawer storage as well. In general, a very good knife.
