(More customer reviews)I loved my Kuhn safety can opener SO much, I bought 2 of these for work. However, it was my fault for not looking at the dimensions and just assuming it would be about the same size. It's quite large and takes up more room in a utensil drawer than I was expecting. But would be great for other areas where small things like bottle openers are constantly mis-placed or "pocketed". No ones gonna walk off with this thing in their pocket! Great product, just be sure you have the storage for it!

The Kuhn Rikon Auto Safety Master Opener has all the features of the Kuhn Rikon Auto Safety Lid Lifter can openers, plus the added utility of opening bottles and cans with pull and pop tabs, threaded caps, and flip tops. It is now possible to open a can and never, ever touch the lid. Just place the opener on the can and begin turning the comfortable knob. The tool automatically locks in place and cuts from the side, leaving a rim smooth, not sharp or jagged. The tiny, strong jaws on the side of the opener remove the lid. Press down on the white button to close the jaws on the lid and when ready to drop the lid into the recycling container, just release the button. Dishwasher safe and available in a choice of colors, the opener measures 8-3/4 inches long.
