It can still slice off my finger tip, even after the several tons of potatoes, turnips, beets, lemons, oranges, asparagus, apples, and carrots it has peeled. And no one has yet beaten me in the "Who Can Peel Fifty Pounds of Potatoes the Quickest" challenge. My peeler and my chef's knife are the two items no one is ever allowed to touch.
